By accessing and using the services provided by ERRKA ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website www.errka.dev ("Website") and any related services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
ERRKA offers asynchronous, productized web development services, specializing in converting Figma designs into responsive Webflow websites. Services are delivered without meetings or calls, utilizing tools like Trello for project management.
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ERRKA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Clients retain ownership of their original content provided to ERRKA for project purposes.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for project completion. This includes, but is not limited to, Figma design files, content, and specific instructions. Clients must ensure they have the rights to all materials submitted to ERRKA.
Services are billed through Stripe on a subscription basis. Clients agree to pay all fees associated with their chosen plan. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. ERRKA reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has commenced. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
ERRKA agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.
ERRKA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, ERRKA will cease work on any active projects, and any outstanding payments will become due immediately.
